not a good experience I took a…
not a good experience I took a very low price just to get rid of the car and the car is still in front of my house 2 and a half weeks later. Way past the 5 day window for pick up. So I took the low price and I still have not gotten rid of car. I tried to call the Allentown office but I can not get through. I finally got through and was told a manager would call me back. He did 1 hour later. He told me he would look into it and call me back, he never called back.I originally requested to be notified when they would be doing the pick up so as my wife would not be alarmed when strangers came onto my rural property unannounced. Last night after 8:15 pm my son told me there was someone on our property out by our cars. He was trying to get into our car. It was very dark out and I did not get any notification that someone would be coming to my house. Not a good situation. Could have all be much easier with the pre agreed phone call.
This was not a good experience at all.
Low ball pricing ,shady negotiation, terrible communication, not abiding by verbal agreements or written Contract, nightime pick up.

Our standard timeframe for pickup is within five days of the sale date, and it is clear we did not meet that commitment in your case. We understand how frustrating and unsettling it must have been to have someone arrive at your home unannounced after dark without any prior notification — particularly given that you had specifically requested to be notified in advance. There is no excuse for this, and we are taking it seriously. You had every right to expect a scheduled, coordinated pickup with proper communication, and we failed to deliver that. We are reviewing this with our operations team immediately to ensure it does not happen again.
Regarding the valuation: our mobile buyer conducts a professional, in-person inspection to verify the condition of the vehicle before a firm offer can be made. During the appraisal, our team identified a number of issues that affected the vehicle's resale value, including engine belt noise, a holed front bumper, rust on the hood and both rear quarter panels, dents on the passenger and driver side doors, and a sagging headlining. These findings, particularly the engine noise, are outside the scope of normal wear and tear and must be factored into our offer to reflect the vehicle's true market condition. We invite all customers to join our mobile buyer during the inspection so they can see exactly what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation.
We also want to address your comments about communication throughout the process. We understand that our communication did not meet your expectations, and we take that feedback seriously. We are reviewing the recorded details of your appointment to ensure our team followed correct procedure at every stage.
