Easy experience, totally painless. Took around 50 mins overall including the paper work. The branch manager was very friendly and made the experience feel very light weight. They offered a better deal than Carvana, plus it was a better local presence. No long drives required.

I was very impressed with how professional and easy the whole process was. The person I dealt with was very nice and personable. I didn't feel pressure at all to make the sale.

When an offer is made, clear instructions on what will be deducted from your proceeds. For example, I was advised processing paperwork would be $300. It's $399. Also, a diagnostic test was performed on vehicle. I was told the power steering showed an error code. I had to take their word for it.

John who is out of the Allentown, Pa branch was the agent that I worked with. He was kind, courteous and professional. He afforded me the opportunity to ask questions and he answered all of them. Made me feel at ease. Very good communicator. Dave also assisted me. He helped me with downloadingthe Lyft program onto my cellphone. Great team you have here! Kudos

David was great and price was fair. Corporate however, could have been a bit more responsive during the dealing.

After 4 canceled appointments by We Buy Any Car, I finally got to sell my car. I was asked to show up early for my 1 pm appt. I arrived at 12:50 to find the office empty and locked. After calling the number on the door, I was informed that the salesperson was out and should be back in 10 minutes.
After lowballing me, we ended up coming to an agreement.

I would not recommend this office.

Once the client who was ahead of me got wrapped up the process was smooth and fair. Something to be said for not having to deal with a bunch of people, going to a notary, hearing about trade ins and all that. I had a car to sell and in an hour I had a check.

We wanted to sell our 2nd car since my husband and I are both retired and we didn't need a 2nd car any longer. We were weighing our options for selling privately, or going to a dealership. Selling privately presents problems, having people come to your house, going for test drives, transferring title, disagreements after sale, etc. Going to a dealership meant probably getting much less, and a lot of time spent negotiating (ugh).
My husband suggested a third option of online buyers such as 'We buy any car', 'Carvana', etc.
I had emptied out the car and cleaned it up a few days prior in preparation for potentially selling it.
I went online to Webuyanycar.com early one morning, got my free quote and 7 day offer, and was pleasantly surprised at the amount quoted. It was right in the ballpark of the figure I was hoping for. I received one other offer from another company that does the same thing and the quote was not as good.
So I made an appointment for 10am that morning and went in to meet with John Deveau the Branch manager of the Allentown PA location which was closest to us.
John called me prior to our appointment to review what we we needed to have with us.
He greeted us promptly at the door as we arrived and reviewed the process once again, told us what our payment would be less the fee we would need to pay (which was reasonable based on the condition and value of our car), then went out and checked over the car, taking some pictures, etc.
When he completed the relatively short inspection and test drive of our car, he confirmed the car was in good condition and we would receive the full amount (less the fee quoted).
We signed some documents, John had access to Penndot and got the title transferred, removed our plate, and printed our check right away. We were on our way before lunch!
We definitely recommend 'We buy any car' for a quick, friendly, no hassle, honest transaction when you have a vehicle to sell! Additionally, John in their Allentown, PA office was great to work with.

Dave made the process so easy and actually fun…would recommend highly.

Dave made the whole process easy to do. He was very knowledgeable about the car and why it was being priced as it was. What added to the value and took away from it. Because I was from out of town, he was very accessible to me to talk to and help me with the process. I could not have asked for a better person to help. I love the experience because of him.

Once we made contact with We Buy Any Car they were very good to follow up and follow through. They met our need by having Romon come to our home. Romon was punctual, very polite and very professional. It was a very convenient transaction and we are completely satisfied.
