Curtis was very professional, and he works fast.
I didn't try to negotiate with him regarding his offer, which was lower than I hoped. Oh, well!
My car was in an accident, and I didn't try to hide that. If I had tried, it wouldn't have worked. He uses a tool to check paint thickness, and quickly determined that the paint was thicker than expected at several locations.
Also, he checked the self-diagnostic codes and found that there was an issue with the catalytic converter.
All things considered, it went very well.

Price was the only issue
Price was put only issue. Because of police reported minor accidents the price was significantly. These deductions were made while more importantly there is no addition for major maintenance records showing timing belt, water pump, plugs, etc were not considered. The response that these are normal maintenance is naïve or unrealistic to assume that every vehicle had very expensive mileage driven maintenance.
