Shop around first
I was TOLD to sign the contract and that they would wire the money to my account because I was TOLD if I took the check it could be a couple days wait. Well I found out that my particular account didn't accept wire transfers and that the money was returned. When I went to get the money, because they still had my vehicle. I was told that I signed a contract and that they couldn’t give me my car or anymore money until it was seen back at their bank. Even though they were on the phone with my bank and was told the money would be back in 24- 48hrs…. Even after I obtained what I was TOLD to all my bank for as written proof! Verbal proof is not acceptable. After sitting their bring turned around and around for 6hrs I was told that I still couldn’t have my car or any money until it was returned and accounted for! Still don’t have my car or any money at time of writing this

D was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job articulating the pricing in a way that made me feel comfortable I was getting a fair deal. In reality I'm not sure if the deal was actually fair or not, however I left feeling that the outcome was a positive one for me and for your company, which is the mark of a great representative.

Satisfying experience
I was a little skeptical when I first parked outside the building. It was like an old house in an alley but once inside and I met the agent, Stephen , I felt more comfortable. He was very professional in going through the process of selling my car. After he inspected my car and gave me a quote ,which I felt was fair, I needed a few days to finalize the deal. I was down sizing from two cars to one and the car I sold was in good condition with low mileage and I hope whoever ends up with it has many years of happy motoring.

Regarding price, like any reputable buyer we perform a physical appraisal of every vehicle we buy. Condition plays an important role in a vehicle’s resale value and we need to take any damage into consideration when making our firm offer. We’re not worried about normal wear and tear like dings and dents, and if we gave you the impression small chips were the driving factor behind our offer, we do apologize. Clearly there was a miscommunication, and it's on us to clear the air.
Reviewing the detailed notes, photos and videos of your appraisal, it appears the vehicle was in numerous accidents including one in January 2018, another in January 2020 and a third in September of 2023. Accident history is a major red flag and will negatively impact the resale value of any vehicle.
