My experience was a good one
My experience was a good one. The salesman was professional and friendly. We were able to watch him in the garage checked the car. He explained how he checked the paint on the car. Explained because the car was purchased in Canada they couldn't check all the history which effected the price that was offered. I received the same offer from CarMax. I just felt more comfortable and I like the service provided at WeBuyAnyCar.

Customer service was excellent but..
Customer service was excellent, site manager Eric was very thorough. The initial estimate offer for the vehicle was $1400 higher than the actual offer received. Vehicle received negative marks for barley visible rust inside of car door, amongst other things. Other than that the overall transaction was quick and easy. I didn’t feel rushed through the process. I was even provided time to think over the offer and return later that day with my final decision. I would’ve given 5 stars but I just didn’t appreciate the estimated amount being so drastically different from the actual offer.
