The process did seem to take a little bit longer than I expected but this is probably due to the paperwork required by the state of Florida.

Skeezy business but what’re you gonna do?
Had to wait quite a long time. Had to physically go to their location. The employee was nice but the experience could use a few tweaks to be more transparent and convenient. I guess they make it difficult and time consuming so you accept their low bid. That’s exactly what we did. Nice guy though! Not the employees fault!

Our process includes a physical inspection and an OBD2 diagnostic scan to verify the vehicle’s condition against U.S. market standards. In this case, the adjustment was necessary due to the following confirmed findings:
• Market Spec: The vehicle is a gray market import from Canada, which limits resale potential in the U.S. market.
• Diagnostic Codes: Active codes P0532 (A/C Pressure), 61 (Power Supply), and 41-11 (Impact Sensor/Safety) were present. These codes can indicate underlying safety and performance concerns.
• Physical Condition: Notable reconditioning is required for the headlining, prior passenger door repairs, and interior pet odors.
All of these issues and codes were discovered during the appraisal to ensure full transparency about the process. We detail these factors not to discourage you, but to explain exactly how we arrived at the final figure. We strive to be as accurate as possible upfront, but these specific mechanical and market factors are only visible during the in-person inspection.
