Dominic was at the door to welcome us when we arrived. He obviously had already familiarized himself with our vehicle from the information I already had supplied on your website. The process did seem to take a little bit longer than I expected but this is probably due to the paperwork required by the state of Florida.

Skeezy business but what’re you gonna do?
Had to wait quite a long time. Had to physically go to their location. The employee was nice but the experience could use a few tweaks to be more transparent and convenient. I guess they make it difficult and time consuming so you accept their low bid. That’s exactly what we did. Nice guy though! Not the employees fault!

Fair price, easy experience...
Does anyone actually get what they're convinced their car is worth? Probably not many. But I got a fair price for my car that had significant damage. Dominic is easy to work with and has a really nice personality. He was thorough and explained everything about the car's value in detail. While I wish I had walked out with more money, I did leave feeling I had been treated fairly.

Was told and promised one price a week before and then was told another price after finding out that i really needed the money, then there was nothing he can do! Whatever you do, try your best to sell it privately first. They go 50% under the KBB value for your vehicle. So if you’re not in need and aren’t in a rush, then wait it out and try to sell privately first.

• 1C0102: Engine oil pressure control, plausibility, static: pressure too low
• 1FB801: Check-Control-Message (ID 212): motor oil pressure. Attention Stop
• 1C2002: Engine oil pump: oil pressure too low
• 804246: Exterior rear view mirror left (LIN): Heating or Electro-Chrome: Defect
• D90C18: LIN Master I: Shortcircuit
When prompted to disclose any physical or mechanical issues with the vehicle during the online appraisal, no problems were reported. Unfortunately, these undisclosed issues significantly impacted the final valuation.
It’s important to clarify that we never promise a price on a used vehicle we have not seen. No buyer can make that kind of commitment without carrying out a professional appraisal of the vehicle. The online valuation is an estimate based on the information provided, and the final offer is determined after a thorough in-person inspection.
We also want to address your comments about Kelley Blue Book (KBB). KBB does not buy cars. They are a lead generation service that sells your contact information to dealerships. Dealers have no obligation to honor the “KBB estimate,” and in our experience, many customers are not offered that value.
