Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. From my initial call to schedule an appointment to leaving with a check the process was very simple. Josh went over all needed paperwork and even reminded me about places to look in my vehicle to make sure no belongings were being left behind.

My experience was awesome from the phone call to the appt to the sale of the car. Joshua was very pleasant,knowledgeable,patient ,so fun to deal with the heat outside was killing us both lol But if you want a great experience selling ur car give this company and location a try you won't be disappointed.

We buy any car was so helpful to me and my husband when we wanted to sell our Nissan Rogue and trade up to a newer model. I do recommend you make an appointment instead of just walking in. This will minimize the time you are waiting as appointments are priority. The whole process takes under an hour and the guys at we buy any car make it as easy as possible for you. We were helped by Josh and he was pleasant, helpful and really took care of us. He was able to get me a fair offer for my Nissan despite it being up there in age. I did not want to deal with private buyers or even worse the salesmen at dealerships, and I am glad I didn't because this method of selling my car was easy, convenient, and fair. I would recommend going to we buy any car because they seem honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I even left something behind in the car and Josh was kind enough to call me a few days later and let me know he would put it aside for me to pick up. I really appreciated that. I think a little more effort would have been great. I think you treat women is stupid and ignored everything I said and you also parked too close to my car and didn’t even take it for a test drive. I drove at half an hour before and the car had no issues, but no one believed me.

Josh was excellent and made the whole process easy and efficient. He explained the process and answered all questions honestly. There was no pressure to make a decision before I was ready, and they offered the best price for my car. Would absolutely work with them again and will be recommending to others as well!

It was a very easy process!! Our rep was extremely friendly and helpful!!! I knew my car wasn't worth much but I got a decent offer for it.

Took about 2 hours and I walked out with a check for the same amount that a dealer had quoted me which was a fair price but the dealer said they would mail me the check within 2 weeks and I wasn’t comfortable giving them my car and having to wait to get paid.

Joshua, was transparent and upfront from our initial phone call thru walking in the office however we definitely did not receive what I thought was a fair offer for our vehicle, as most who leave their may feel, they were not willing to budge even $1. This was my second experience with this company, a few years back we went to the Bedford location and we were given what I felt was a fair price. This is why we returned as customers however the Brookpark location did not negotiate. Joshua did give us the option to walk away, never felt pressured and this is why I gave 5 stars.

I did some research, read reviews, got some offers from 3 competing companies. Like what others would say normally the offering price will be reduced after all the test drive and inspections are done. I was offered a price less than the original offer. But I think it's still a fair price and I agreed. It was actually higher than trading it to a car dealer. Signed all the papers and gave me the check within a few minutes. The car was picked up a day later.
The whole process took about less than 15 minutes. Their website is easy to use and scheduling an appointment was easy to make on the web or by phone. I would highly recommend this company .
