First time we tried this business
This was the first time we've sold a car without using it as a trade-in at a dealer. The whole process went smoothly. Actually brought our car in two months previously, because I was waiting for our new car to be built. Then the second visit went even quicker. Like any other reputable car buyer, we price a vehicle based on condition. No two vehicles are the same and condition plays an important role in a vehicle’s resale value. During every appointment we complete a physical appraisal of the vehicle which includes physical and mechanical checks. We’re not interested in little dents and dings but major issues that could impact the safety or resale value. If our inspection uncovers any issues, we always factor them in to our final offer.
Unfortunately, Your Hyundai had a few issues such as accident history and a recent OBD reset which negatively impacted what we could pay for the vehicle.
