It was quick and fast process. You do have to pay a fee for it. I thought I could got other $100 or $200 but that went to the fees. I would definitely go back

They were able to offer me more money saving me a trip further away from home.

I felt the representative was trustworthy. He offered great customer service, looking me in the eye when I arrived, shaking my hand and inviting me to sit down with him. He was swift in his assessment. Even though I think I could have gotten perhaps 1.5 to 2 times the money on Facebook, etc., the work of doing that was not something I had time for and so worth the loss. Note also that the estimate on the company's website was much higher (more than two times) what was actually offered but I figured it would be lower because of all the additional issues the car had that the website didn't account for. Another thing I learned was that I didn't really need to get a new battery just to make it to the lot--I could have saved that money. In all, this company and the local rep made this easy and I'd do it again if appropriate.

He was very professional and still made you feel comfortable. He made me understand why my car is worth this much and I was ok with the price offered. I had a hard time finding the location. You need a big permanent sign on the building. That is a very busy major street and you cannot slow down. It took me 3 times and f calling and going back to my house to find it
