An over all good experience

Friendly but took longer than expected
Very friendly. The process was slow. Some of this was because a trust owned the vehicle, and the manager requested the entire trust document and even death certificates. But other aspects were not related to the trust. I could not access the internet to get the documents from my Dropbox because the manager is not given the password. When I did get the documents, the manager needed to forward them. He did this by fax. It was slow, and because of the length of the trust document, it was time-consuming. He told me he was required to fax the documents and was not permitted to forward my email. Also, once another customer came for an appointment, the entire process was suspended until he completed the transaction with the other customer. We spent 3 hours and 40 minutes on this transaction.

Certainly, from the details of your appointment and subsequent review, we admit this was a complicated deal and outside the typical car selling procedure due to the trust. Unfortunately, we’re legally required to obtain additional documentation for unique situations such as this, and we must comply with all necessary rules to complete the deal. Certainly, we rely on technology and speed when possible, but there are requirements around faxing and it can be a slow process.
We should have communicated this more clearly and set proper expectations ahead of time. We want to be as transparent as possible for each and every customer. We remain committed to speaking with you and trying to restore your faith in our service. Great Experience!
We sold our 17 yr old Corolla at the West Liberty Ave Location. Working with Jim O’Connor was a real pleasure!
From the very beginning , Jim was very responsive and answered any questions we had.
On the actual day, hewas very welcoming and accommodating to me and my family. He made us feel comfortable! He did not pressure us at all. We were able to negotiate and we do feel that we got a fair price for the car. He handled the paperwork quickly and gave us the check the same day!
I strongly recommend webuyanycar, and Jim O’Connor specifically!
