It wasn't the company
It wasn't the company, it was my service manager who I sat with and checked the truck over. Just an all around genuine guy. We seemed to have similar ideas about life and he wasn't trying to rip me off. He was an honest person I felt. So hire more like that guy and people will feel better about giving their vehicles away for lesser price and walk away feeling good about it instead of guilt and regret. I hate that I forgot his name but -- I appreciate you brother.

Go see Donny
I thought service was excellent. I liked Donny.
Process was quick and efficient.
The final price after all the nitpicking and subtraction for fees was 40% lower than the estimated amount on the website. Given the car was 23 years old, I thought deducting for paint that wasn't showroom shiny and a few other items mentioned seemed a little much.
However, I was glad to close the deal and move on with my life.

Excellent experience!! Mike arrived right on time, went straight to it. Very thorough, told me everything he was doing and voiced concerns he found with my vehicle. We arrived to a point of agreement, agreeable price was met and I got a check in my driveway. He came to me and sent a wrecker to pick up my car. Over and done in less than 2 hours.
