Daphne was wonderful to work with. We had to return a short time after our initial visit while we worked to get a new car and she stayed in touch with us and was very helpful. The night of our transaction there were computer troubles that slowed down the process but those certainly weren’t her fault. She explained the process openly and clearly.

Excellent Experience
We had a great experience at WBAC on Capital Blvd because Daphne MacDonald provided outstanding customer service. She was very professional and friendly with excellent communication skills. Daphne fully explained what she was checking during the inspection process and the purpose of each form we signed during the administrative process. Overall, we were impressed with the efficiency and ease of working with WBAC - an inspection, some paperwork, and you walk out with a check. The roughly 2-hour procedure couldn't be any easier, and we believe we received a fair price for our vehicle.

Daphne was very great. She didn't mind me asking questions while she was evaluating my Sequoia. I feel the offer was a little low being that the email offer was 24k and my offer ended at 22k with only $400 comp. All in all I was happy to sell my Sequoia to y'all. Daphne did a great job explaining what she had to do and made the experience a great one. I will refer people to her in the future. I am still waiting on payoff of my loan but it's only been 5 days.

Total waste of time. Went in with an offer of $4400, got offered $2800 after they processed everything.
These guys are preying on desperate people who will literally take anything for their car.
Daphne in the office was a sweetie, but beware of this company as a total scam, 90 mins of my life wasted.

Thanks also for providing additional information so we could pull up the appraisal notes and photographs and respond with full transparency. We promised you a five-star customer service experience and apologize for failing to deliver.
Unfortunately, as our team should have explained, when you requested a valuation from our website on 9/19/2024 at 7:39 AM, the mileage was entered incorrectly. The correct mileage noted by our team during the appraisal was higher by some margin. Disclosures made at the same time stated that the car had no physical or mechanical issues, but there were some problems with the car which were not accounted for in the online valuation, such as the worn brakes and exterior damage.
I see that Daphne was able to work with our pricing team and we were ready to cut you a check for $3,200 after taking into account additional miles and other problems with the Honda. We respect that this was not the amount you were hoping for and that you chose not to sell.
