This is the second time we have used…
This is the second time we have used WeBuyAnyCar, and the process was simple and smooth both times. Our first experience was selling my wife’s SUV, since trading in at a dealership is always a hassle and I’ve never felt I was offered fair value for my well-maintained vehicles.
This time, I was acting as POA for my mother, who is disabled and no longer able to drive. I called ahead and spoke with your representative, who explained exactly what documentation I would need and noted the situation in your system. When I arrived, the local rep was already aware, reviewed the paperwork, and inspected the car. The process was quick and easy.
I believe you could benefit from marketing specifically to adult children who are helping manage life changes for their parents.

A pleasant and smooth process.

Darius was great. I didn’t like feeling taken advantage of by the original online quote and the first quote I received once I was at the store. It was less than half. That being said, they did end up coming back up with their offer to a more agreeable number.
