Darius made me feel comfortable from start to finish. He never treated me like I was of lesser value because I was driving an older vehicle. The place was busy during the process but as each person came in, he greeted them, knew who they were and helped them, or politely asked them to wait. He obviously knows his job and from what I see he did it well.

Darius made the whole process easy and fairly seamless. It would have been nice to get a bit more for the car. Other places offered a bit more, but you were more convenient

He was very kind to me when I was emotional about selling my very first car. The process itself was easy and took under an hour. The offer they made was fair and higher than what the dealership offered for a trade-in.

The transaction at the cherry hill location was great. Very professional and efficient. The reason I give a four is due to the unjustified cancelation of my scheduled home visit the day before. I had to call to find out the appointment was cancelled. I was told I received a call and VM, but did not. No apologies provided.
