Great representative although process takes a tad bit longer than I expected still better than dealership

The process in getting my car sold was easier that I thought. The person who analyzed my car was very knowledgeable and helpful in taking me through the necessary steps. Though the computer analysis didn't offer much money back, I was able to get a good deal for my car overall with the manager's help. Great experience!

Everyone we dealt with at our local We Buy Any Car was very helpful and friendly. We had a bit of a complex situation and our branch manager, Kyle, worked through several issues with us and gave us an offer we felt was fair. I was a little tentative concerning contacting webuyanycar.com. When I called I got a very kind customer service representative who scheduled me with Brendan. Upon arrival Brendan was kind and began to tell me about how the process worked as he looked over my Jeep, in great detail. He walked me through the steps and told me that he had to contact the appraisers who worked with him. He came back with an offer which even he said was low and went back and got the money that I wanted. I appreciate Brendan and thought he was great! This was an awesome experience, Jacob was professional, prompt knowledgeable, polite and informative. The whole process did not take more than 30- 40 minutes .

Quick and painless process. Showed up to appointment, car was inspected, and offer was made. Brief negotiation and some paperwork, and then I was out the door. Entire process took just over an hour. Probably could have received a little more at a "big name" dealership, but would have wasted a lot more of my time there. This was worth it for me. Would recommend to others.

If you’re unsure about where to take your old car, this is the place!!! The staff are super kind, and the process took only 45 minutes. Jake was really nice and informative about how he came to the price. My car was a 2005 with some body damage, and I got $600 for it. I will definitely be coming back to sell any other old cars I may not need in the future! Trust the positive reviews because webuyanycar is the best!!! ☺️
