EASY process and Quality customer care
My initial review was 3 stars due to a misunderstanding on my end regarding the online quote versus actual. Although it was not communicated to me at the time of sale, it was clarified on a follow up communication. Based on that, I am changing my review to 4 stars.

He reports your phone rang once and when right to voicemail. He left a voicemail and sent you an email as well.
No two vehicles are the same and like any reputable buyer we price vehicles based on condition. We hopefully were transparent and not only invited you to join as we inspected the vehicle but also explained in detail how we arrived at our final offer. We are investigating your appointment now to ensure our process was followed.
I see from the detailed notes we assessed two different diagnostic codes that were retrieved from the vehicle’s onboard diagnostic computer. We do have to take these into consideration when making our firm offer. Unfortunately, the main driver in the change in price was the vehicle’s trim level. During the online valuation process the LE trim level was selected but when we had an opportunity to gather the vehicles VIN number, it decoded as the base level SV trim which doesn’t have as many amenities as the LE.
We understand the trim level change can be frustrating. We’re not purposefully looking to reduce the offer, and we worked with our internal pricing team to review current market data and make the best offer possible for the 2012 Nissan Pathfinder.
We value transparency, it’s why we have a 5-star rating from our customers. We want to provide a positive outcome to you and clear up any miscommunication. Quick and mostly painless.
Everything was fine. I would, of course, like to have gotten more for my old minivan, but the amount I got was fair. The vehicle was in poor condition, and I did get more than a scrapyard would have given me. The process was quick and the representative was efficient, thorough, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.
