The offer, which I accepted, was fair. The process was extremely quick and easy. I helped my daughter sell her car to the same location 2 years ago and was very pleased then, so I had no hesitation using your service again.

Only sell here to for a quick exit from a car, you'll get significantly less than you'd get in a private sale. Looking back on the experience, I would have been better off donating the car or selling it privately, or even giving it to someone who needed an inexpensive car to get by for a while.

I accurately entered a 2005 Chrysler on the website, received an estimated value, made an appointment, and was offered about half of the value. Stephan didn't ask any questions about the car or its history, took it for a short test drive, and made what I thought was an insulting offer. He told me "what did you think, it's a 2005 Chrysler". I expected the website to not produce a bait and switch price for the car, it wasn't like I claimed the car was newer than it was. Although the car had some rust and other minor issues including a check engine light (EGR valve needed to be replaced, I didn't want to "cheat" them by clearing it), I told him that the car was worth more than their offer for parts, had a good engine, many other good parts, I was the original owner and that it was in overall good condition. He then told me that the car was a one or a low two on a scale of one to five and that they'd just take it to the auction to be rid of it.

Stephan just "shrugged his shoulders" and wouldn't do better, but he did say they'd honor the offer for a week if I wanted to sell it myself instead. I should have walked out, but at that point I wanted to move on as I'd already bought another car, so I took the insulting low ball offer, felt like I had been baited and cheated, and left.

Very painless transaction. Steve was very personable and explained everything to me.

The online evaluation was way off as far as what the estimate was. I felt it should have been a little more honest,,,the difference was about 25%. Don't get me wrong I was still happy with what I received for an 8year old car with 131000 miles on it! The "hour long" process turned into almost 2.5 hours due to glitches in the system and unfamiliarity with the system. Terry was very, very nice and apologetic but I had to help read some items on his computer program because the printing was very small. Terry has a lot of experience in selling cars but probably needs to invest in some scripted eyeware to assist in processing purchases on the webuyanycar program. At the end of the day it was beneficial selling our car to webuyanycar and I would recommend them with the caveat of "beware & do not believe the online appraisal".

I was hesitant to do this but it was honestly so easy and quick. Truthfully a great experience overall!

Fast, efficient and fair

The gentleman handling me was kind, the company gave me, what I consider a fair price and the experience didn't take that long.

Smoothe transaction. A little bit of a wait for our appointment, but the location was super busy that day. Initial offer was way low, but without much haggling we got it to where we thought was fair for both us and webuyanycar. In an hour we were out the door with our check.

The experience with Matt was simple and straight forward. We had an open and transparent dialogue throughout the evaluation and price agreement. Matt was super friendly to me and my family when they came to pick me up. I would recommend working with Matt again and plan to with our next trade in.

The whole process went very quickly and smoothly. I was also pleased with the price I received for our car. it was a very pleasant change from negotiating at a dealership.
