Never again
First of all, the guy from your company arrived at the building at 1:05pm and my dad can verify this. I disclosed everything I could see INCLUDING the damage on the side of the car and the scrapes and the mirror, this was all given to Christian during a phone call on 8/18/25; the only things I didn’t disclose were two things I couldn’t see , which was the rust holes and the scrape on top of the car as I’m too short to have seen it. I do not approve of you lying in your response to me.

The first thing was the immediate response and great communications through out the process. Our experience was very good.
All in all our experience was very good. Everything was explained as to how the price was arrived at. Although the price was a little lower than originally quoted, I think we got a fair price. It saved us from the hassle of selling the car in the market.
