We pride ourselves on operating in a pressure-free, transparent environment. Unlike used car dealerships who take the car around back and hold you hostage in the showroom for hours, we always invite our customers to join us as we inspect their vehicle. We want our customers to see what we see, have the opportunity to ask any questions, and be completely comfortable with how we arrived at our valuation. We never pressure anyone to complete the sale and only finalize a deal if our customers are happy to do so.
Our leadership team investigated your appointment and have tried reaching out to you several times with our success. We have exhausted all efforts to try and contact you and address your concerns.
We take detailed notes, photos and videos of every vehicle we inspect and I see the 2003 Nissan had a variety of wear and tear above and beyond what is considered normal. There were multiple dashboard lights illuminated, including the check engine light. Our Branch Manager observed engine noise too. There were copious amounts of rust present on the vehicle, which called into question the structural integrity of the vehicle. With accident history and almost 200,000 miles on the odometer it was clear this vehicle was an end-of-life unit.
We’re not a junk car buyer, we typically buy vehicles that have a resale value and usually pay tens of thousands of dollars. We often advise our customers to take end of life vehicles straight to a vehicle recycling center to eke out every last dollar possible. However, if customers want to bring us their older units we will happily purchase them as a service to our valued customers.

Adin was running late when we arrived due technical issues he had no control of. He informed us right away why things were running late to get a estimate on our vehicle and was very respectful of our time and gave a choice to continue or make another appointment. We choose to wait until he was available to attend to us for a estimate on our vehicle. We were originally told he would be running a half hour late but ened up being an hour late. I was so glad we decided we to wait longer. Adin was fair in how estimate on our vehicle. In fact
It ended being a very informative interaction with Adin that my wife and I enjoyed. We were their for 2 1/2 hours total. But we learned so much and really enjoyed learning more from him about cars that the time flew by very fast. I am definitely trust him and his work and what webuyanycar does and provides.
