Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful! The process went pretty smooth. The only thing was a lot of back and forth regarding the payoff letter I needed to get from my bank. I feel like communication of what needed to be on the letter wasn't clear the first or second time I got it. Then I had to request it a third time, and we ended up calling the bank anyways, so that was the only thing frustrating. Otherwise, 10/10 recommend going here!

Scam - They offer way below bluebook.
Scam. They wholesale your used vehicle so they have to find ways to offer you below bluebook. One way is to connect a diagnostic tool that miraculously finds "faults" with your vehicle that require 1k worth of repairs and then offer you even less then the previously below blue book amount. They also charge "administration fees" which, as you guessed, lowers the offer even more.

Unlike other dealers, we are fully committed to honesty, integrity, and transparency. The diagnostic tool we use is no mystery. It's a standard OBDII reader which you can buy at any auto parts store. This tool reads diagnostic information from the vehicle's computer which highlights any fault conditions with the vehicle's engine or drivetrain. Not all faults cause the check engine light to illuminate but in this case, there were two faults reported by the vehicle's diagnostic computer:
P0440 Evaporative Emission Control System
P0446 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control
We are happy to provide you with a copy of the BlueDriver report showing the fault codes. This is a third-party tool used by hundreds of thousands of automotive professionals and our team has no way to change the result.
I'm pleased that despite the extra damage and diagnostic codes, we were able to make an offer you were happy to accept. We have a strict policy of zero pressure and we're keen to know what we could and should have done differently given the issues that were present during the appraisal so that we can improve our service. Although we have helped over 330,000 people with their vehicle-selling needs, we strive to do better.
Concerning the documentation fee, we have among the lowest fees in the industry and are always transparent about the documentation fee. It is noted on the website, and during the valuation process.
