Overall a good experience. Took a bit longer than I thought and they haggled the price down from the online quote significantly, but I was kind of anticipating that. Overall, the exchange was pleasant and the representative was friendly and easy to work with. Explained the process as we went.

If we find damage or areas of concern we were previously unaware of, we need to take them into consideration when making our firm offer.

Fair and efficient process in selling a used car
Tom was very thorough in explaining the process for determining the value of my car. He went through each step quickly and efficiently. Based on the condition of the car, I think I was given a fair appraisal and walked out with a check in my hand. He also made the process enjoyable. The most important thing to me, there was no pressure to sell. A couple was in the shop just before me and decided not to sell. There was no pressure to change their minds, just that he was available if they did.

Our experience with We Buy Any Car was good! Although we wish we were able to get a little more for our used vehicle, Tom was friendly and made the process nice & easy.
