It was a really easy process. Kyle was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the inspection procedure as he went along. We sold them our car and they gave us a check. It couldn’t have been easier.

We all have opinions and are entitled to them. The car I sold was immaculate. Practically brand new. I bought it just before the pandemic and it sat in the driveway for the next several years. In preparation for a move out of state, I needed to sell the vehicle. It had 5099 miles; some of those miles are attributable to the branch manager that took the it on a test drive. There was absolutely no body damage whatsoever, no dings, dents, nothing. I know the vehicle will be sold for much more, as bragged about by the manager. Would have liked to have shared in at least some of that. I was hoping for $500 more.

Regarding your expectation of receiving an additional $500 for the vehicle, we understand your desire to receive the highest possible price for your car. However, as a business, we must take into consideration market trends, demand, and other factors when pricing our vehicles. We assure you that we always strive to offer fair and competitive prices to our customers.
Unfortunately, the only reason for the difference between the online estimate and our final offer was that the wrong trim level was selected when you completed the online valuation process. When we decoded the VIN at our branch, we discovered that it was actually the base trim level which has a much lower resale value.
Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the test drive by the branch manager was necessary to ensure that the car is in good working order. It is standard practice in the industry, and we can assure you that the test drive did not significantly impact the mileage of the vehicle.

Good Team, Too Many Emails
Lewis, the gentleman who worked with us upon arrival at the facility was awesome. Clear and friendly about the process, what was involved, and how to proceed.
My only *issue* was, Too many *follow up* emails after an inquiry on your site (5 emails after my first time) and too many calls after confirming an appt.
Otherwise, overall, Lewis and staff, and the experience were 5.
Edit:If a reviewer says the one thing they didn't like was all the emails/phone calls? That might be a hint to not call them, 3 more times...
