Overall first time experience

Initially, I received one quote $16,400 and was scheduled to take the car to York PA on 9/27. Then I received a phone call telling me that the York office would be closed on 9/27 so we rescheduled it for the Mechanicsburg office. Then I received a phone call on 9/26 from Sherrie who told me that the Mechanicsburg office was going to be closed too so I had to come to Harrisburg (over 30 miles from my house).
I arrived at the Harrisburg office on 9/27 and was told by Sherrie that the offer was reduced to $13,000 because my car had been in an accident 2 years prior and there was a minor dent on the fender. To make matters worse, I had to pay $32 to pay for the Uber because the voucher was only worth $25. If I hadn't been under a time crunch to get rid of the car, I would not have sold it to WBAC. Terrible experience.
