Convenient but not always the most generous in pricing
The people this company employs have been pleasant, courteous and helpful. They have kept their appointment times both times I used them
I was disappointed that they changed their estimate so much lower after they looked at the car and I answered the estimate questions accurately. I would sell a junk car again to them, it certainly is convenient that they pick it up. I would not take any estimate as accurate until they come out however

I was at Indian trail location a month…
I was at Indian trail location a month ago to sell my Chevy Cruze, it took me awhile to get there because the address wasn’t easy to find .
Jerry was great, so focused, caring, organized and very helpful.
He worked very professionally, his office was clean and organized, which is really important to me .
I wasn’t quite happy with the price the company offered for my car , although it had a few problems, but it was a clean car with a low mileage.
But again very happy with Jerry’s great customer service.
