Jerry Birenbaum was friendly, courteous, made us feel welcomed, explained in detail every aspect of the process, was not pushy either way with the option to sale my Nissan to the company or not. He demonstrated through his actions that he enjoyed his job.
My only wish is that I could have been given more money for my car that was well taken care of, in good shape and had low mileage. Yes, I could have refused the offer but I didn't have the courage to sale it on my own.....

Went down to this branch of webuyanycar.com to sell a vehicle, and wow! ... It was an amazing experience! Jerry provided me with awesome customer service and attention to detail. He was also quite honest and open when dealing with my situation, and made me feel valued as a customer. He definitely was an advocate for me to get the best price I could for my used car. I left with a check that I felt was very reasonable and was very happy. Jerry knows what's up, do not think twice about taking your used cars here!

Jerry was great made the entire process easy and fun.....

The individual that helped us was extremely professional, very helpful, and super understanding of our situation. We were selling the car on behalf of a family member that had passed away. Because it was an estate, additional paperwork and reviews/authorizations were required. Also, our family member had used their middle name for some documents, and first name on others. The process took four hours total due to the paperwork. Sale price was a bit lower than what the web site indicated, but the vehicle had been in an accident that we didn't know about so that's fair. Would have given five stars, but we called and talked to someone at the corporate office that assured us the process would take one hour at most. I think having an online portal to upload paperwork for pre-verification and/or authorization, and having the local workers verify the paperwork would have sped this up significantly.

He was engaging, personable, friendly, professional, and very thorough in his explanation on how the We Buy Any Car process works and what he would be doing to evaluate our vehicle. We found Jerry to be extremely knowledgeable regarding cars and the automobile industry. It was clear he had great deal of expertise and experience in the field. That certainly gave us a high level of confidence that this would be a worthwhile transaction and that choosing We Buy Any Car would be more beneficial to us than trading our car in at a car dealership. When we agreed on a price, Jerry moved us through the paperwork process easily and quickly. Overall, our meeting and interaction with Jerry was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend We Buy Any Car and Jerry, in particular, to anybody I know that was looking to sell their car.

My Mom passed away and I had to sell her car. The manager, Jerry walked us through a complicated transaction. He did a great job explaining what we had to do and what documents were needed. We received a fair price and he made a difficult process as easy as possible. My wife and I were very grateful
