A Trustworthy Organization
I must admit while I originally had reservations about selling my car to a company like this, my wife and I came away very pleased. Sure, we didn't come away with the price we were hoping to get, but Ellie explained very clearly and succinctly the reasons why the car's value was diminished. Most of the issue dealt with body dents, and she explained everything clearly. Also, we found her to be personable, patient, and very helpful with coming up with a price for us which was higher than the original offer when we first arrived

The easy way to sell your car
Customer service and the sales representative were top notch and a good image for the company. My offer I felt was very fair and the process was straightforward and very easy from start to finish. Better than trying to sell myself or any hassle of going through a dealership. My vehicle was newer so my experience may be different than someone with an older vehicle but I still highly recommend wbac. The mobile service is a definite plus.
