Shawn was a pleasure to work with. My father is 91 years old and this was his decision to give up his car. As many know, this can be tricky as parents grow older. Shawn understood my father's humor and Dad thought Shawn was a fine man. The process was explained to us and we made arrangements to bring the car out. Shawn expedited the process and made sure my Dad wanted to do this. We understood the car was older and felt we got a decent price for it. This was a very easy process.

Manager was very friendly and happily answered all the questions I was throwing at him. He explained the process and we had good conversation during the short waits for the paperwork to get to the main office. Price offered was in the range we expected as the car was pretty old. Would deal with them in the future to see if selling to them or trading in with a dealer would give the best results.

Your representative, Shawn Walker was very good. He was very personable, engaging without being overbearing. The whole experience was better than I could have imagined. Although I've never done anything quite like this. I have dealt with "used" car salesmen in the past. Almost never a good experience. The only thing about the whole experience was that NOT acceptable, a little while after the deal was done I received a call from a different WBAC location (Harrisburg) to ask if I was still interested in selling another car I was considering selling. Now, why would I want to go to another location from the one I was just at.
And no, I don't ever give 5 stars. After YEARS of getting evaluations and then giving evaluations, no one is ever perfect over all.

We were late for our appointment and he was patient with us and still gave us his time to do a thorough review of our car. When we ran out of time because it was end of day and we needed to pick up our son from baseball practice he was agreeable to have us return first thing the next day to finish all the paperwork. Appreciated his flexibility.

Shawn was super nice and helpful. There was no pressure and he explained everything very well. Wish I could have gotten a little more money for my truck…but after 24 years the offer was fair.
