Do your homework before making a deal.
Came in to sell a truck that was left to me through a family death. I didn't know much about the truck, although it was in flawless condition. This was the top of the line Ford truck. They lowered the original quoted price by $3000.00 dollars. We didn't have the room for another vehicle so we sold it. Afterwards, I ran the VIN and found out that the truck had a much higher end engine package then the one they had quoted me, and what was on the paperwork they gave to me at the time of sale. I cannot believe this was an oversight. When they ran the VIN they would have got the same information that I got, I just wish I would have ran it before the transaction, that's my fault. However, to hand me a paper with the wrong engine description on it to lower the valuation doesn't seem to me to be an honorable business practice. I would not recommend this outlet without having all of your documentation in order first. Know your vehicle, and have the facts before you go.
