This is my second time using Felix at my local location. Both times I was able to sell my car at a great price and the process was hassle free. I got my initial quote on line and it was easy to set up the appointment to do the paperwork. In total it took less than an hour for me to walk out with my check in hand.

Felix, was awesome to work with and easy to talk to made selling my car easy.

I had some questions before a I go up there and right away gives me attitude. I told him I want to check my balance and call him back and he right away wanted to cancel my appointment and give it to someone else. Not good customer service
