Jeff, who only works at this location a couple of days a week, was a real pleasure. The manager Felix was also very pleasant on the phone. Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient in completing the process. I thought the price was fair given that WBAC does all the work and processing. I felt I could have gotten more if I took on that responsibility but it didn't seem worth it in my case.

Felix was great. Easy in and out and we had gotten rid of our vehicle. He was easy to talk to and very professional.
