Felix was awesome and friendly. He made sure I knew what documents I needed to bring and what to expect. I got there and it went really smoothly.
Selling the car was a bit sad for me as a friend who had helped me pick it out had passed away, but Felix was really great and the selling experience was easy which helped a lot.
