Just being straight forward
Just being straight forward, The only thing I was not aware or was the $500 Fee that is deducted off the TOP of your offer......But then again WHO reads the fine print. But it should be more noticable bcause if someone is Selling its not going to matter anyway.Agent was a GOOD GUY even though he was from CONSHOHOCKEN!! JOKN of course!!Even spelled that wrong!!
