Great Communication and Professionalism
The experience was overall a good one. The representative Brittany Snelling did a great job explaining, keeping us updated with our appointment, and also working hard to make sure we were happy with our offer. She actually came out twice to work with us and was very professional in checking out the car, giving us and offer, and filling out the necessary paperwork.
