Tim Ray was the best representative any company could have! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He explained every process clearly.
Reason for four star rating: I thought we were dealing with the Melbourne, FL office, but when the appointment confirmation call came in, it was a Pennsylvania number, which I didn't answer. Many people don't answer unknown numbers. Luckily, I received a text requesting me to confirm. However, after confirming, it took the entire day for my confirm to be acknowledged.
Tim Ray saved the entire experience. Your internal team could do better.

"Thanks To Terrie"
After much research, I finally chose to go to "We Buy Any Car" not necessarily because of the best financial offer, but the best service. Any second thoughts or misgivings I had about selling my car, diminished after meeting Terrie. It was still difficult to say goodbye, but Terrie made it ok.
She never pushed me nor rushed me to make a sale & her tone always seemed calm & welcoming. Most notably, Terrie did not break - in my opinion - the most important rule in Sales: she did not discuss how other Auto Traders did business. Terrie conversationally explained how SHE does business. It quickly became clear why she just might be bloody brilliant at what she does.
"We Buy Any Car" is a national Auto Trader and I made the right decision choosing them. They seemed fair. There was some minor haggling involved, but I left without any reservations. Terrie was thorough and definitely a factor in my decision-making.
If you are considering selling your car, I highly recommend paying their Melbourne office a visit.
