The branch manager explained the process at the outset then went over everything as each step was completed. She made me feel comfortable though I was a little anxious dealing with a company I had not heard of before. I really liked the ability to be paid via Venmo though it was a little slow. I did not realize the administrative fee in the online quote though it may have been in the fine print. Making that more prominent would have made the experience even better.

Customer service is excellent. A thorough evaluation of your vehicle is completed along with a test ride. Based on the age, mileage, and condition of your vehicle a price is given.. You can accept the price and walk out with a check or leave with your vehicle.. I accepted the price and payment. The women in the Melbourne office were friendly and a joy to work with. I would recommend visiting them if you have a vehicle to sell..
