Kept me well-informed, was focused on what he was doing, made sure I understood. There is an Experian notation that my car was involved in a head-on collision in New Jersey in 2022. This never happened and State Farm has verified they have no documentation of any such accident. Experience wants me to produce documents proving the accident didn’t happen.??? I suggest you investigate where Experian got this inaccurate information.

My agent was very polite, very friendly and really thorough. he reviewed every step of the process and made sure i understood the process. My only issue was I felt another $200.00 would have been fair. His boss felt differently. I would recommend this location.
