Very professional, great customer service
After contacting just about every car buying company, my search finally led me to We Buy Any Car. I feel so fortunate it did. First of all I think I got a fair price for my vintage Honda Civic. Service occurred quickly and a buyer was at my house the same afternoon I called. Any concerns I had about the process were thoroughly addressed by all the company's personnel. I was most impressed with the customer service provided by Joshua Hernandez who was my "mobile" buyer visiting my home. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way, including the paperwork before I signed each document. He printed it out on site from his car and provided me with a packet of copies of the documents. He was also sensitive to the fact that after owning the car for many years it was 'more than a car' to me. He didn't kick the tires or in any way disparage it while thoroughly checking out the vehicle. This is a very professional company and I had great confidence the deal was done correctly.
