Francine Dejesus was really superb!
Francine Dejesus was superb! My entire experience was great and I highly recommend Francine! The online offer for my car was close to what I had gotten for my car on KBB and way better than I got on another website! Unfortunately when I got to my appointment, Francine found a lien error on my title which she walked me through how to fix! Once the letter of lien satisfaction was sent to her (2 days later), I was able to complete my sale within about 1 hour of getting the letter! I am extremely happy with my sale especially since Francine helped me avoid having to deal with the DMV which had been a nightmare when I visited them just prior to completing the sale with Francine!

It was mostly positive the online offer was 800 more than I got. I did have a higher mileage car that I was honest on. I felt that during the vehicle assessment I was told that things would need to be replaced to sell the car. Given the car was 12 years old with high mileage I knew that wasn’t true. I understand you but to flip but i took less than I believe I should have.
