EASY!

Pleasant experience for estate sale
We had an appointment that needed to be pushed back an hour, they asked our permission to do so. We agreed, they sent a text thanking us. The young man with whom we dealt, Jeff, was very pleasant and professional. The only thing I am disappointed in is, and I just realized this today, other than the check we did not receive any copies of the paperwork that I can put with the estate documents.
