This is second time using WBAC
This is second time using WBAC. I feel I got a fair assessment and price for my vehicle. It also saved me significant time then selling the car myself. The online appointment scheduler was were very flexible. The agent, William, was very knowledgeable and explained the process accurately. My appointment lasted less then an hour and I walked out with a check in hand. Great!

William was awesome at every step of the process and as a person. He called ahead and walked me through the process to make sure I was ready. Then during the inspection he explained what he was doing and finding. Then we ended with a fair price. I also forgot something and he called to let me know. It was a great experience. It was very easy. I didn't have any more time to spend selling my car. I have another car and I just wanted to get my old car sold and not have to think about it any more. It was very quick and easy. William looked at my car, offered me a fair amount, I accepted, and he wrote me a check. One less thing to worry about.
