Honesty and transparency
The process was easy! We did on-line valuation of our V6 Accord, and shortly received a call from Brayden, who explained the potential fees, including documentation and price justification after test driving. The conversation was friendly and also value offered by webuyanycar beat other on-line vendor by about $160. The several follow-up calls from Shawanda and confirmation emails received. Webuyanycar has shown a clear communication during the process of business. On the day of test driving, Shawanda carefully evaluated the engine, tires, car body etc and test driving. The entire process took about a hour which Shawanda had clearly informed us the time she needed. Initially the system did not came out the price we were happy about, as it was $300 less the offer from another on-line vendor. Given our car's excellent condition, I initially hesitated to make this transfer. But Shawanda nicely explained to us about documentation and some body work needed, also at the end she could re-adjust the price a little bit more so to make the deal happy ending, as we strongly believe our car is in excellent condition.
