Professional and knowledgeable
I had a good experience the only thing that I thought was a concern is the before quote and after inspection actual price. I was very impressed the way he went over the Van. I learned something about it that I didn't know was wrong. And I also understand the initial quote is, without seeing it.
But there was over a $1000 difference, and that's just the way it is for that vehicle.. I would add unless your vehicle's perfect, don't expect the before evaluation price.
