Very smooth process with 'just ok' rates
Overall, the experience was positive - smooth and timely. The highlight has been working with Ms. Shawanda Gordon who is an experienced professional. The rate was lower than estimated from other sources but the company was willing to discuss/compromise a bit and, ultimately, that's the trade-off for the convenience of selling same day.
