Our leadership team has tried to reach out to you by phone but hasn't had any success in contacting you. I understand we shared an email back and forth but we haven't had the opportunity to meaningfully address your concerns.
Our Area Manager reviewed the appointment and it appears when the vehicle VIN was decoded during the appointment, the Chevy was equipped with the base trim level, not the LS that was reported online. That, and the service engine soon light being illuminated, negatively impacted what we could offer.
