The woman Carmen Millian was fantastic as I was there. She is a very friendly and outgoing person. She went through the inspection very professionally. Great customer service
My husband and I were early for our appointment but the Rep was ready for us. The estimate came back very low and we were disappointed. She made a call and was able to offer a little more. I was recommended to WBAC by my Dad who sold his car a year or so ago. He said he received much more for his vehicle than any dealership would have given him. I chose this location because it was close to my Moms who I was visiting over the holidays. Scheduled an appointment and the manager Ellie Meyer came outside and did a thorough inspection.
