Excellent customer service was quick and convenient and offered more than any where else

The paperwork was sent to be reviewed and there were corrections needed. I understand the need for everything to be in the proper place. The correction would be made and then another correction was needed. It would be more helpful to have made all of the corrections the first time and then send the corrected paperwork back. I think it would speed up the process and make better use of everyone's time. Steve was very kind, helpful and handled this transaction professionally.

I sold my car to the Rock Hill, SC branch on August 6, 2022. The entire process took about 45 minutes and I left with a check. I was pleased that the online quote for my car was almost the same amount I was given. It sounds cliche, but the entire process was seamless. I will do business with them again.

I had a very good experience selling my car to We Buy Any Car. I got the price that I was asking. The employee who worked with me did not give up and kept working with the home office to make sure that I got the amount that I was asking.

I do have some concerns! The young man who helped me was new on the job without a lot of experience. There was no other employee available to answer his questions or help him during the process of buying my car. He used the computer to find help which took a long waiting time. He never gave up and maintained a positive attitude during the transaction that was very impressive.

The guy who did our sale was training and did a great job. The other girl who was mentoring him left for up to 30 mins at a time and purposely let him make errors resulting in us being there for 2 hours with 2 small children. At one point she even let a client walk out the door stating that he was our guys client and not her customer. Meanwhile she was just on her cell phone doing nothing. Having worked in sales myself I was shocked that she would turn away business like that.

I was in and out in no time.After wasting days with other car buyers it was a good experience.This was my second car that they bought and I'll never waste my time with other "car buyers".
