Simple, easy, but have realistic expectations.
A very easy process. A lot less hassle than trading it in at a dealer. The people were friendly.
But you need to have realistic expectations. The price you're quoted online is probably not the price you're going to get. They do a detailed review in person and deduct for any additional defects they find.
