Evan was punctual, personable and straight forward and great to work with. He came to the house which was so simple, inspected the car and gave us a check. My only advice is to be clear on the fees that are required, initially when I heard the amount for the check, I thought that it was less than the estimate, but realize the fees were not included.

Excellent Customer Service
Parris was great and everything was generally as advertised. Done in about an hour. As with all used car online valuation services, the actual price after in-person review is lower, but was still more than fair. Parris was very flexible. Far better pricing and more convenient than their competitor with the vending machine. :)
