Quick and easy!
We weee looking to sell our Jeep Wrangler but didn’t want to haggle over price. So we made an appointment at the local dealership office, walked in and out in a little over an hour with a fair deal and check in hand.
It was so worth it!

Did not meet expectations
I’m unhappy with the length of time I had to wait, 50 minutes, even with a scheduled appointment. Also, they indicated we had a deal, I would agree to the price offered, then turned around and added a $250 administrative fee, so the offer was less than indicated initially. I would not recommend selling your car to this company.

On a rare occasion sometimes a seemingly straightforward deal can spiral out of control. If there are issues with paperwork or documents, appointments occasionally run over the allotted time. Regardless, we failed you. We failed to deliver on our promise of fast, prompt service and we apologize without reservation.
Regarding our fee, we do charge an administrative fee when purchasing the car. This is listed on our website, in our disclaimers, FAQ’s, and on emails we send you regarding your valuation. We rely on complete transparency and that’s why we post that information in various places. Regardless, the Branch Manager should have also disclosed this fee to you upfront. Customer service and transparency are our top priority and we never want anyone to sell unless they are completely comfortable finalizing the sale.
We appreciate you taking the time to speak with Area Manager, George about your appointment. He reported a productive and positive conversation. He says we fell short meeting your expectations on price and our doc fee was the tipping point. I am glad to hear we cut you a check to cover that fee and make you whole. We take customer service seriously and we don’t want a small detail to stand in the way of a 5-star experience.
